Our Process for Working with You

Stage 1: Initial Consultation 

We’ll start with a casual but focused conversation to get the big picture—what you want to build, the results you’re aiming for, the features you need, and your budget range. If you can share any competitor or reference products, we can quickly break down the pros and cons and figure out how to make yours even better.

Stage 2: Needs Assessment & Proposal

Building on our initial conversation, we’ll take a deep dive into your requirements and create a fully customized proposal. This includes technical specs, design direction, cost estimates, and a clear project timeline—so you have a complete understanding of what’s ahead.
At this stage, we may be in touch with you more frequently, offering professional insights that can make a big difference in manufacturing, shipping, and sales. Sometimes a design that looks perfect on paper can be tricky—or expensive—to produce in real life. We’ll work with you to make smart trade-offs, ensuring the final product strikes the best balance between looks, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.

Stage 3: Design & Technical Alignment 

We’ll prepare detailed product drawings and work with you to confirm materials, structure, features, and packaging details. Throughout this stage, we’ll factor in your budget to ensure the design is both visually appealing and practical.
We’ll also provide a detailed cost breakdown—such as mold fees and unit prices—along with 3D renderings for your review. If anything doesn’t quite hit the mark, we’ll revise the design until you’re completely satisfied.

Stage 4: Sample Approval & Product Development

Once the design is locked in, we’ll create a prototype or sample for you to review and test, making any necessary adjustments based on your feedback. The sample is usually 3D-printed for the exterior, while all other aspects are produced to the same standards as the final shipment.
When you’ve reviewed the sample and given the green light, we’ll prepare a product development and production contract. Once payment is received, we’ll kick off the development process right away. The most time-consuming part is usually mold creation, and we’ll provide you with an estimated timeline upfront—plus regular progress updates along the way.

Stage 5: Mass Production

Once development and mold making are complete—and the sample is approved—we move into full-scale production. Every step is carried out according to the agreed technical specs and strict quality standards, with ongoing quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability. We’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates so you always know exactly where your order stands. 

Stage 6: Quality Inspection, Packaging & DeliveryDevelopment 

Before leaving our facility, all products go through thorough quality inspections—covering appearance, functionality, dimensions, and durability. Once approved, we handle custom packaging according to your requirements to ensure your products are well-protected during transit and ready for the market.
We provide full shipping details for real-time tracking. After delivery, our after-sales team is ready to assist with any issues, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience throughout the entire process.
